- 100% First Harvest (Ichibancha): Exclusively crafted from the youngest leaves of the spring's first flush. Hand-picked (Tezumi) to ensure the highest concentration of L-theanine and antioxidants.
- Deep Shade: Our tea plants are fully shaded (>90%) for four weeks (in case of Pure Ceremonial) or 3 weeks (in case of Daily Ceremonial) prior to harvest. This ancient technique boosts chlorophyll, L-Theanine and amino acids, creating its signature "Umami" profile and natural sweetness.
- Traditional Granite Stone Grinding: The leaves are gently reduced to an ultra-fine powder using traditional granite mills. This slow process preserves vital nutrients and ensures a firm, dense crema that forms effortlessly.
