Our whisks are handmade from bamboo. Because of that you might see minimal variations in tine shape, size, or color. This is what makes each one unique.
Each chasen will arrive at your house in a protective, minimalist satin bag so you can store it always safely without breaking any prong.
Use & Care
Use & Care
Care:
- Briefly soak the chasen in warm water (not boiling) before using it. This will soften the tines.
- Rinse with water immediately after use. Avoid rinsing the handle with water.
- Let it air dry.
- Store it in your sating bag.
Use:
Put your energy in your ritual and do fast movements in a "W" shape without touching the bottom of the bowl. This will create air and dissolve the matcha powder, resulting in that creamy, soft feel when drinking.
